Free shipping on all orders over £200 delivered to the UK Mainland no matter how many items you purchase.
All other orders will be charged at £3.00 per item to UK Mainland
At the moment we can only deliver to UK addresses.
Delivery
Items that are held in stock will be dispatched within 7 days. Some of our items are ordered from USA/Hong Kong and we aim to dispatch these to your customer within 14 days, if not sooner. We will keep you updated. We do ask that in some cases you allow up to 21 days especially during peak times, i.e. Halloween and Christmas. However at these times we will aim to hold a large number of stock to fulfil orders.
All items are sent in discreet packaging with no indication as to their contents via recorded delivery. If the item gets returned as not signed for your customer will have to repay the postage costs.
Refunds
We will only accept returns if the item is
faulty or significantly different from the description. You must also
contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
